Using the platform
Accounts are personal, must contain accurate information, and may not be shared. Providers are independent and are not employees of the platform.
Engagements and contracts
Every engagement is governed by the scope, milestones and acceptance criteria agreed inside the platform. Work performed outside a funded milestone is not covered.
Fees
Platform fees are shown before a contract is signed and are charged on completed, accepted work.
Ending an engagement
Either party may end an engagement between milestones. Funded, delivered work is settled through the resolution process.
